3. Shipping Policy

We want your JACBAR order to arrive safely and promptly.

Processing Time

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

JACBAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by that carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to JACBAR because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged Packages

4. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your JACBAR purchase.

Returns

JACBAR accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible unused and unopened products.

To request a return, contact support@jacbarcandle.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved by JACBAR.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refunds

5. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles are products that involve an open flame and should always be used responsibly.

Always follow the candle's safety instructions before lighting.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and anything that could catch fire.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep the candle away from objects above or near the flame.

Do not move a candle while the wax is hot or liquid.

Stop using a candle when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains or according to the specific safety instructions provided with the product.

Never burn a candle for longer than the recommended burn time provided by JACBAR.

Keep the wick trimmed according to the instructions provided with the candle.

Failure to follow candle safety instructions can result in fire, injury, or property damage.

JACBAR is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, unattended burning, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to the instructions provided with the product, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JACBAR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these policies is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These policies and any dispute arising from your relationship with JACBAR will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
