All JACBAR orders are carefully packed and shipped from Gainesville, Florida.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During seasonal releases or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Jacbar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.
