All Jacbar products are thoughtfully crafted in Gainesville, Florida, and produced in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
What wax do you use?
Jacbar candles are made with a coconut apricot wax blend, chosen for its clean burn, smooth appearance, and ability to carry fragrance softly and evenly.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every Jacbar candle is hand-poured in small batches, allowing for careful attention to detail throughout the process.
How long do Jacbar candles burn?
Burn time varies by size:
8 oz candles: approximately 40+ hours
7.4 oz candles: approximately 40+ hours
14–14.4 oz candles: approximately 60+ hours
Always follow proper candle care for best performance.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
When will seasonal items be available?
Seasonal candles are released in limited quantities and are available while supplies last. Once a seasonal item sells out, it may not return.
How should I care for my candle?
For best results:
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edge of the vessel on the first burn
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
